How we handle personal information

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• When you write to us: your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• When you sign up to hear when applications open for Helva AI: your email address.

We also record page views and a few interactions (submitting the sign-up form, clicking our email address, following a link off the site), so that we know which pages are being read. What is recorded is:

• the page path and the time
• the hostname only of where you came from (never search terms or query strings)
• country code, device type (mobile or desktop), and language

We do not store IP addresses, User-Agent strings, cookies, or anything else that identifies an individual. We use no third-party analytics. There is no mechanism here that can tell one visitor from another, or recognize a return visit.

3. What we use it for

• Replying to you, and any correspondence that follows.
• Sending news about how development is going, and about when applications open.

We do not use the addresses you give us for anything else.

4. Sharing

We do not pass your information to third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it.

5. Processors

We may use outside services for tasks such as sending email. Where we do, we supervise them appropriately.

6. How long we keep it

Only as long as is needed for the purposes above. We delete what is no longer needed.

7. Access, correction, deletion

Write to our contact address if you would like to see, correct, restrict, or delete what we hold about you. We will confirm your identity and act on it. You can unsubscribe from our mail at any time using the link in any message.

8. Changes

We may revise this notice. Any revision will be published on this page.
